How much does the app cost?

How long does setup take?

Only a few minutes. Create your team, invite players — and you’re ready to go.

Do players or parents need to install something or create an account?

Yes. Players and parents receive a personal invitation link via SMS and can directly create their account. Alternatively, they can also join via QR code or invitation code.

Can multiple coaches manage the same team?

Yes. Multiple coaches can manage a team together — all with access to the same functions.

Can I manage multiple teams with one account?

Yes. You can manage multiple teams and switch between them anytime.

What happens when players switch teams or a new season starts?

Profiles remain — progress, awards and development carry over. Nothing gets lost.

How does NextLegend protect my data?

All data is processed in compliance with GDPR. User data required for operating NextLegend is stored in European (Frankfurt, Germany) data centers. Each role can only see what is relevant to them. We consciously avoid unnecessary tracking, location sharing, and the sharing or sale of user data. After a season ends, data is initially archived and automatically deleted after a further season if the respective user is no longer active. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time, giving you full control over your data. Further information can be found in our Privacy Policy.

Can NextLegend also be used by adult teams?

Yes – absolutely. From an organizational perspective, without a doubt. The calendar, attendance management, Team Board, Match Center, chat and much more work just as well for adult teams. And when it comes to the fun, gamified features? Well… let's just say that even among people in their 30s, 40s, and 50s, there's still the occasional person who secretly enjoys earning an award, smiles when their market value goes up, or treats themselves to a virtual private island in the Luxury Shop. Because, hand on heart: Growing up is mandatory. Staying a little bit of a kid is optional. 😉
